The property is located in the heart of city , Mankhool , Bur Dubai which is Indian dominated place. The surrounding offers you good approach to reach various destinations in Dubai. There are 2 metro stations nearby, supermarkets, and other restaurants of Arabic, Chinese , Yemen, MCD, KFC in nearby locations. The hotel breakfast was very good in all the days , offering veg and non-veg. The restaurant lunch and dinner buffet @ 35 dhs was reasonably priced. Hotel offers gym, sauna and swimming pool on 8th floor. Hotel is neatly maintained with 24/7 service support. We wanted an extra blanket one night at 2 am and our request was complied immediately. All summarised to very pleasant experience of our 1 week vacation in Dubai.

Right from welcoming us till check out everyone and everything was very positive. Mr. Prabhu ,front office executive was very quick and informed. Mr. Jeevan, the morning hotel staff was very meticulous of our needs. Ms. Mariam, the night hotel staff was always smiling and welcoming. The security guards, the. Bell boys all were very friendly. The spacious rooms with 3 restrooms, 1 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 laundry room, were always ready, neat and clean whenever we come back after a long and tired Day. The food was out of the world. The morning breakfast had everything from Indian to continental. If u buy food other then Breakfast here, it is being freshly prepared for us. The view from our room the highlight. Dubai frame, burj Khalifa, museum of future and even burj al Arab was seen right from our balconies. Very very near to all attractions and metro.

Large spacious apartments with comfortable beds and attached bathrooms and also extra bathroom in living area. Apartment was cleaned daily. Balcony view was excellent. All the basic amenities were available. Reception staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast was OK. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Location was close to all you need. Two lifts were available and you don't have to wait long. Hotel has it own free parking. Housekeeping staff was quick to respond to your needs.

I went to Baity with my daughter who came to visit me in Dubai and I must say Baity hotel is just a wow! Staff friendly, service was great, the receptionist guy John was very humble and friendly to us, the security guard Kasim was also helpful, that you to the housekeeping guy who helped us with our luggage on our arrival in the night, I think he’s a Nepal but forgot his good name, room was so clean and nice decoration, looks even nicer than the pictures, everything was good with us, Thank you Baity

The breakfast was great, the location is absolutely fantastic and we enjoyed staying there. In fact we have extended for another 14 days and looking forward to it. The staff are very friendly and polite. Even with the renovations going on they still manage to ensure the high quality service which is fantastic. 10 out of 10 for Baity hotel apartments.

Apartment is great and spacious. The location is great. Metro and bus services are excellent from here. Most of the attractions are also close by. The food is good in the in-house restaurant. Also supermarket is nearby, if you need to cook something of your own in your own kitchen it is easy. Place is nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. Room service is on point. All in all, best place to stay.

Apartments are large location is quiete and very easy to get around Breakfast is ok it’s very Indian selection but it’s substantial and clean

Excellent location, very big rooms and good staff. Highly recommend for anybody traveling to dubai and wants to live in a central location. The facility was clean, and daily rooms got cleaned. Very friendly staff and helpful

Very good spacious and clean one bedroom apartment. Quality of the bed was very good and air conditioning was also very good. Great location. Inroom service was awesome. Quality and taste of veg biryani was too good.
